Effective May 1, 2020, there will be an additional 31-day suspension in Carrier/Bryant/Payne Warranty parts returns for Residential and Commercial Parts.
Exceptions: (parts need to continue to be returned)
All other parts should be scrapped by the distributor or dealer during the 31-day suspension pursuant to applicable law. We will not be updating any of the part disposition coding in ServiceBench® so it is critical for this to get communicated to all of our service providers.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate updates as they are available.
