Effective February 16, 2020, CE Florida implemented a new Co-Op policy. Please submit all CE Florida Co-Op Pre-Approvals on creative and Claims through your online account at: fl.carrierenterprise.com
To submit a claim, please log into your online account. From your dashboard, select 'Manage Co-Op Claims' then 'Add New Claim' and make your selections/input your claim information. Once complete, select 'Save Claim'.
Once saved, the Pre-Approval and/or Claim will remain in 'Pending' status until it is reviewed. The status will change once the Pre-Approval and/or Claim has been approved or rejected. If a claim is rejected you can click 'Edit Claim' and review CE's comments and make the necessary adjustments. If a claim is approved, there will be no further action required.

This agreement is to outline the 2020 CE Florida Co-Op Guidelines. Co-op is granted to qualifying dealers that participate in the 2020 Comfort, Infinity, or Evolution Marketing Programs. Co-op will be calculated on a monthly basis, tracking on business statement of the dealer signed below. The following guidelines will be in place for the entirety of the 2020 calendar year:
Creative must adhere to the 2020 Carrier/Bryant Co-Op Guidelines, as outlined on HVAC Partners in the 2020 Ad Kit.
Pre-approval of creative is always recommended to ensure all advertising adheres to guidelines. If claim is submitted with unapproved creative, it may be denied.
Co-Op can be utilized in the following manners (dealer/distributor):
- Co-Op-Approved Advertising – 50/50
- CE Florida Sales Training Courses – 50/50*
- Watsco Ventures Success Tools – 50/50**
Co-op claims must be submitted within 60 days of invoice date, or otherwise will be denied.
Please Note: All 2020 Co-Op Claims must be submitted by February 15, 2021.
Co-op accruals not used on a regular basis are subject to removal from use by CE Florida***. If no accruals are used by October 2020, they will be removed from the dealer’s business statement.
Co-op is earned on the purchase of an eligible complete system. A qualifying system includes a condenser, air handler, heater, and thermostat.
* Please see your CE Account Manager for select Bryant Academy training classes eligible to Co-Op at 100%.
** Qualifying OnCall Air and HouseCall Pro fees are eligible to co-op at 50%.
*** CE Florida reserves the right to remove co-op funds if the dealer exhibits unethical business practices and no longer remains loyal to the Carrier/Bryant brands. Refrigerant, Copper, Flex Duct, Duct Board, Water Heaters, the BA/BH, CA/CH, Commercial and Payne Equipment are excluded from earning co-op. Co-Op accruals cannot be utilized to offset Marketing Program Costs.
