Joe Muley is the President and General Manager for CE Florida. Mr. Muley has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He served for 6 years as Market Manager with Carrier Sales and Distribution and led his team to tremendous results until his appointment as the General Manager in 2009. Prior to joining Carrier Sales and distribution Mr. Muley worked for Sears Roebuck & Company for 28 years with his last role as Vice President/General Manager for their Heating and Air Conditioning business.
Steve Ramage is the Director of Finance for CE Florida. Mr. Ramage has over 24 years of accounting experience. Mr. Ramage began his career with Carrier Corporation in 1989 where he held leadership roles in increasing roles of responsibility. Mr. Ramage joined CE Florida in 2007 and has led the organization through the toughest of economic times. Mr. Ramage holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Clarkson University and holds a CPA certification in New York State.
Tony Brinkmeier is the Director of Operations for CE Florida. Mr. Brinkmeier is responsible for all of the Warehouse, Shipping and Logistics, Warranty, and Customer Service operations in CE Florida since joining the organization in 2006. Prior to CE Florida Mr. Brinkmeier served as Director of Plant Operations for Clarke American. Under his leadership with CE Florida Mr. Brinkmeier has helped CE Florida to become one of the best run distribution operations in CE. Mr. Brinkmeier earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Operations Management from Auburn University.
Curtis Pierre is the Director of Human Resources for CE Florida. Curtis brings over 15 years of diversified Human Resources experience to his current role. Prior to CE Florida Mr. Pierre has held a variety of leadership positions with Hyatt Hotels, Hughes Supply and HD Supply. Mr. Pierre joined CE Florida in 2007 and has played a key role in aligning the Human Resources function with the business strategies. Mr. Pierre holds a BA degree from the University of Central Florida and a MBA from Troy University. Mr. Pierre is also a trained Six Sigma green belt and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Mr. Lanier graduated from the University of South Florida in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation he joined the Carrier Corporation Applied Sales Team and went through the Sales Engineering Training Program in Syracuse, NY. Mr. Lanier worked in the Applied Sales Market in Orlando for many years gaining technical and sales experience. In 1995, he was elected by the Central Florida Chapter of ASHRAE as their local Chapter President. Mr. Lanier has held many positions with progressing responsibility including direct sales, sales management, and general management. His sales responsibilities have included commercial, residential and parts and supplies. As Director of Commercial Sales for CE Florida, he uses his 26 years of commercial experience to lead all aspects of commercial sales for the Florida Region.
Jeremy Mann is the Regional Parts & Supplies Manager for CE Florida. He’s been with the CE Florida team for over 6 years, previously managing the West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie CE Stores. Recognizing his success in his local stores, brought on by his wealth of knowledge and hands on approach, he is now working with the CE Stores statewide to continue CE Florida’s momentum in the Aftermarket Business.
