Import Warranty Claims from Mobile App to Website

CE's Warranty Tools allow you to import a saved claim that was initiated in the field using the CE HVAC Assist Mobile App. With this feature, all of the information is populated based on your Technician's data entry, allowing you to quickly review and submit the claim to ServiceBench.

In order to take full advantage of this functionality, you’ll need to register for an online account and sign in to your account.

  1. Once you are logged in, you'll need to add your ServiceBench credentials. (Don't worry, you'll only have to do this once - and the id and password will be saved for next time)
  2. Click on the Your Account button in the upper right hand corner, and select the Your Info & Password option.
  3. Scroll down, and you'll see a place to enter your Servicebench ID, username, and password. Click Update, and you're ready to go.
  4. Now, click the Warranty link at the top of the screen.
  5. Click the Import Claim tab.
  6. You will have received an email with a claim code that you'll use to access the claim that's been started. Copy the claim code from the email, and paste it into Claim Code field.
  7. Click Import Claim.
  8. The claim information entered by the technician will be imported into the screen. All you'll need to do is review for accuracy, add any missing information, and click "Submit Claim". The claim will then be submitted to ServiceBench for processing.
